This occupational therapy student uses crafts to help this patient with hand function.

A spinal cord injury has affected this young man's use of his hands and fingers. Under the supervision of an occupational therapist, the occupational therapy student has provided bilateral splints and a precise craft activity to assist him in learning to substitute for the function he has lost.
